To, že monopol na poskytování telefonních služeb má Telecom není stav chvályhodný, ale stav hodný protestu, protože určitě není dobré, když v době, ve které momentálně žijeme nemá spousta lidí přístup k bohatému zdroji informací jenom proto, že někdo nechutně rýžuje a vydělává. Proto se partička z pražské internetové kavárny Terminal Bar rozhodla, že jeden takový menší protest uspořádá.
Krome prace na vlastnich projektech se Toby uz dlouho angazuje v legendarni undergroundove formaci DG307, spolupracoval na ruznych projektech spriznenych muzikantu a taky sam zacal s deejayingem. Dva roky pracoval v dnes jiz neexistujicim Terminal Baru, kde se, coby clen tymu technicke podpory, podilel na unikatnim DJ maratonu Fair4All
Internet-Protest
Czech Internet-users have begun another protest - this time in the form of a disco marathon. The music started at 11 o´clock (on Friday) (this) morning at a disco in north-east Prague and will continue for fifty hours.
A spokesman for the protest said it was against the extension of Czech Telecom´s monopoly on fixed-line telephone links and in support of the Internet generally. Czech e-surfers complain that Czech Telecom uses its monopoly to charge exhorbitant prices for Internet use.
